Southern Claims uses a customized state-of-the-art electronic claims management system.  We accept new claim assignments using simple easy to follow online forms.  Our dispatching center receives alerts on new assignments and dispatches them to field adjusters according to their location and task requirements. 

All field related data is captured and stored electronically in our claims management system.  Status updates and field notes are also stored in an electronic file, providing real-time online status to our adjusters, claims handlers, insurance carriers, and clients.

All relevant claim data is instantly available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
